An Independents Opinion

Here is an independents opinion abut my site.
No offense intended, but other than  products you offer nothing of value to visitors.  Why should anybody link to you or write about you, or bookmark your site, or even, rank you in a search result?
There are 80 billion things to know about  camping  / hiking / outdoor / safety / equipment etc. and you've got zero information that I can find.  Unless you’re the rock bottom cheapest prices around, you’re not going to get very far with that approach, and I suspect that the search engines sort of see you as an untrusted merchant.
If you want Google to rank you for something, then you need to become an "authority" on something, and, not just offer things for sale.  No matter how good your SEO is, no matter how many links you have, you'll never rank for anything unless you regularly generate some authoritative content in a well optimized environment.
You need to develop niche resource pages – perhaps 50 separate lists of campgrounds organized by state, including hours, fees, etc. and then maybe users can leave reviews there too - you'd have 50 pages of great linkbait that adds VALUE . Why wasn't I helped with this?
Well I guess they don't know what they are doing. (this is my opinion) one more thing, talked to tech support needed a little help with my site, they helped but it was pretty cold! not like before
